Saving a report

Since analysis reports are standard Excel worksheets they can be saved as part of an Excel workbook and treated like any other worksheet. Reports can be distributed and viewed by anyone with Microsoft Excel (or the freely available Excel reader) and edited or updated by users with Analyse-it.

To enable reports to be updated at a later date, Analyse-it stores a link from the report to the workbook containing the dataset. Because such links are fragile we recommend keeping reports in the same workbook as the dataset. That way the link between reports and the dataset will not be broken if files are moved on disk (see Collating reports)

EVALUATION  If you are using the free trial of Analyse-it you can only print and save the example reports. You will need to buy a licence to print or save your own reports.
