Payment methods & currencies

We offer all the usual payment methods, including credit card, cheque, and payment on invoice for established organisations.

We can accept payment by credit card, cheque (check), or by wire (bank) transfer. Established account holders can choose to pay on invoice. In all cases we recommend payment by credit card then currency conversion will be handled by your credit card provider and your order can be processed with minimal delay.

Acceptable currencies

Since we are based in the United Kingdom prices are shown in GBP£ (pounds sterling). For customers in the USA and Canada we can accept payment in USD$ (US dollars).

Payment by credit card

Payment can be made by American Express, MasterCard or VISA credit cards.

Unfortunately we can currently only charge American Express cards in GBP£ (pounds sterling). Customers from the USA/Canada choosing to pay in USD$ will be charged the GBP£ equivalent using the latest exchange rates. The conversion used by your credit card company may differ very slightly (higher or lower) from the rate we use so the USD$ price you are charged may vary slightly from that shown at checkout. For tax purposes the exact price charged to your credit card in GBP£ will be shown on the receipt.

Payment by cheque / wire transfer

We can accept payment by cheque (check) or by wire (bank) transfer. Payment instructions will be given when you checkout and a copy will be e-mailed to you. Once payment is received your order will be processed.
